It provides you with a baseline for your current level of awareness, performance, and effectiveness. The assessment measures your ability to lead people, including yourself, to take positive, productive, and sustainable action. This approach reflects your current level of leadership competence.
The Energy Leadership Assessment is a powerful benchmark and skill development tool to raise awareness on your current leadership profile and how you react or respond in normal circumstances as well as stressful situations. Thus, we identify important key areas of focus for future growth. Areas may include emotional intelligence, developing and maintaining high energy relationships, dynamic communication, problem solving, influencing and inspiring others, health/wellness, and time management. Finally, the assessment shows your energetic reaction to stress so that you can recognize and, if desired, modify that reaction.
